    If the sound of children laughing, singing, and playing is music to your ears, we are interested in talking with you.

    We have an immediate opening for a School Bus Driver with a valid license.

    The successful candidate will have experience driving a bus as well as working with children, and one who has transported grade school-aged kids to school in the past.

    Our Bus Drivers are an essential part in our educational system, and we value their contributions. We offer excellent bonus opportunities and a competitive salary to the right individual.

    Requirements


    • Transport children to and from school in the mornings and afternoons on planned route
    • Verify permissions for children who ride home with friends and Ensure safety of all students
    • Always maintain a clean and mechanically sound bus
    • Obey all traffic laws
    • Perform inspections of the bus before and after each route
    • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for the children on the bus
    • Assist students with getting on and off the bus when required
    • Attend safety meetings when required

    Qualifications


    • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • Knowledge of the roads and routes that will be driven
    • Understanding of the highway code and traffic regulations
    • Great customer service skills
    • Must obtain clearance through required background checks and child protection training
