    Position Summary
    The Sales Administrator Assistant supports the Sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating customer communications, and assisting with order processing in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. This role helps ensure accurate sales documentation, timely customer support, and smooth coordination between Sales, Production, and Logistics.
    Key Responsibilities
    Sales & Customer Support
    • Assist Sales team with customer inquiries, quotations, and order confirmations
    • Maintain regular communication with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and documentation
    • Support customer onboarding and maintain customer records in CRM/ERP systems
    Order Processing & Documentation
    • Enter and manage sales orders, pricing updates, and forecasts in ERP systems
    • Prepare and distribute sales reports, order summaries, and performance metrics
    • Ensure accuracy of contracts, pricing agreements, and sales documentation
    • Assist with invoicing coordination and resolve discrepancies as needed
    Internal Coordination
    • Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery
    • Support scheduling, shipment tracking, and inventory availability communication
    • Escalate customer concerns to appropriate internal teams when necessary
    Administrative Support
    • Maintain organized digital and physical sales records
    • Assist with presentations, meetings, and customer visits
    • Support compliance with automotive customer requirements and company procedures
    Qualifications
    Education & Experience
    • Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred
    • 1-3 years of administrative or sales support experience, preferably in manufacturing or automotive
    Skills & Competencies
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
    • Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP preferred)
    • High attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
    Preferred Experience
    • Automotive manufacturing or Tier 1/Tier 2 supplier experience
    • Familiarity with customer portals and EDI systems
    • Experience supporting OEM or high-volume production customers
    Work Environment
    • Office-based with frequent interaction across departments
    • Occasional customer interaction and meetings
    • May require overtime during peak production or customer demand periods
