Seasoned office manager needed - will oversee 2 office staff and help with decision making and solving problems. Will deal with customers by phone and in person to handle questions, process payments and schedule service calls

Office Manager Job Requirements Outline:

• Working knowledge of Word and Excel (create formulas and modify and enter data and reports
• Skilled at Client Service by phone, as well as electronic communication.
• Record transactions such as orders, sales, and payments in various systems.
• Use client specific software tools to schedule service and deliveries and create new customer profiles
• Use spreadsheets to track business operations
• Work with Operating system personnel & bank personnel regarding transfer of information between systems regarding ACH transactions, etc.
• Willing to learn & apply geographic knowledge to assist the HVAC department to plan more efficient routing of service appointments.
• Collections calls process payments (cash, check and ACH)
• Help maintain customer base by explaining benefits of oil heat to customers.
• Lead the office staff/function
