- Provide nursing patient care duties for the assigned unit or department
- Plan, provide and evaluate total nursing care according to established patient care philosophy
- Facilitate individualized, goal-directed nursing care using the nursing process
- Maintain effective communication with other shifts for continuity of care
- Collaborate with other departments and nursing units to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in all phases of education and professional development opportunities
- Associate's degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred)
- Valid Georgia RN License or Multi-State/Compact RN License
- BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Handle with Care Certification or CPI preferred within 90 days of hire
- ACLS certification preferred
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience as an RN in direct bedside patient care, preferably in a behavioral health facility
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Job Summary: As a Nurse (RN) at our facility, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care under the guidance of our Clinical Coordinator and Nursing Unit Director.
