- Sweep and mop cafeteria floors thoroughly daily.
- Clean all tables between lunch periods.
- Maintain an organized storage of pans, silverware, and other kitchen items.
- Keep all dangerous materials, chemicals, tools, etc. out-of-reach of students.
- Serve lunch according to guidelines from Department of Heath and National School Lunch Program.
- Communicate with Principal and Technical Assistant of Middlefork School about needed lunch and breakfast materials and supplies.
- Assist in organization of breakfast crates as time permits.
- Perform other pertinent duties as assigned by Director, Principal, or Office Manager
