Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to develop long-term relationships with clients and drive sales growth.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and customer service oriented.

This role requires building successful client relationships, managing account portfolios, and generating new business opportunities.

Account Management: Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success and grow our business.
Customer Relationship Building: Develop positive relationships with clients, act as the point of contact, and handle individual customer needs.
New Business Generation: Utilize existing and potential customer networks to generate new business opportunities.
Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions to customers.
Reporting: Report on the status of accounts and transactions.

Requirements

Experience: Work experience as a Sales Account Manager or Customer Service Representative.
Sales Experience: Hands-on experience in sales and ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
Software Knowledge: Familiarity with ClubReady/MindBody software is a plus but not required.
Sales Performance Metrics: Understanding of sales performance metrics.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and computer skills.
Timely Response: Ability to answer inquiries on time.
Business Acumen: Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year (dependent on experience)
