Job Title

We are seeking a Licensed Respiratory Therapist to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced work environment.

We prioritize ongoing education and training to stay knowledgeable about the latest home health care technology, ensuring high-quality service and customer care.

Key Responsibilities

Train and assist with daily operations of Respiratory Therapy, including vents, intake, coverage, and quality assurance at existing and new locations.
Receive and document orders for equipment and/or services from referral sources, physicians, patients, or caregivers.
Assess patient needs and select the best choice of equipment and/or services to meet those needs.
Instruct patients in the proper use and care of equipment according to written policies and procedures.
Communicate with patients' physicians on changes in condition and adjust plans as necessary.
Rotate to various branches to support business and patients, as needed.

Requirements

High degree of integrity.
Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program.
Respiratory care experience and/or home care experience in the field of respiratory care.
Thorough knowledge and skills related to Home Medical Equipment field.
Ability to effectively manage respiratory products and recognize patient needs.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Schedule

Full-time position with 40-hour work week.
Hours: Generally, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Monday-Friday.
Overtime as needed.
