    Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform as a subject matter expert to deliver full life cycle training and support for the Bureau of Humanitarian Assistance (BHA) business process system (Abacus) and the Response Operations system (GLAAS) to include content creation, content modification, and content archival.
    • Perform Special Project Management responsibilities to include defining and planning program/project scope, establishing measurable goals, setting realistic timelines for deliverables, planning and managing releases, tracking, and communicating program status.
    • Administer informal refresher courses to ensure that all persons are fully trained on the use and operation of deployable communications equipment.
    • Interface directly with BHA personnel to provide training and resolve all issues related to services within program or task scope.
    • Facilitate Government personnel, interagency partners, and other response representatives for response staging and planning sessions as communicated by the government technical point of contact.
    • Develop and deliver formal and informal classroom-based, remote, and/or exercise-based to allow for various learning means.
    • Provide customized user training based on staff and/or system roles and responsibilities as new personnel come on board.
    • Administer, schedule, and conduct the formal communications equipment training necessary to prepare persons to effectively operate all field communications equipment, including equipment to be used during a Disaster Assistance Response Team (DART) field deployment.
    • Update all training materials for communications training, as needed

    • Qualifications Basic Qualification: • U.S
    Citizen; eligible for U.S
    Security Clearance.

    • Bachelor's degree with - 8 years, or master's degree with - 9 years, or PhD with - 6 years' experience is required, Significant experience will be considered in lieu of degree
    • Experience performing customization and integration on business systems in-house (Abacus, PETER) systems, PaaS/SaaS, or COTS/GOTS.
    • Experience developing and maintaining training material and conducting end users training on business service systems and applications.
    • Ability to work independently and take initiative to do what is needed to achieve learning goals.
    • Demonstrates ability to communicate with individuals at many different levels from within and from outside of the organization.
    • Experience capturing high-level functional requirements and traceable decomposition into epics, capabilities, features and stories.
    • Experience managing the full life cycle of training for the systems, to include content creation, content modification, and content archival

    Preferred Qualification:

    • Active Secret Security Clearance.
    Target Salary Range $112,000 - $179,000
    This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors
