    Orchestra is seeking its first-ever Executive Vice President, Financial Communications.

    This is a brand new role that will work directly with leadership across BerlinRosen, Derris, and across Orchestra to build and scale a full-service financial services communications practice and manage high-level strategy on a variety of existing clients in the financial services space.

    This person will manage and help scale key platform clients and work hand-in-hand with Orchestra leadership on stakeholder relationships.

    This is an opportunity for someone with deep communications expertise and client and financial services experience—inclusive of financial institutions, asset management and investment companies—to work with innovative clients and build a growing team of communicators.

    Drive an integrated communications approach for clients across owned, earned, paid media and other channels and drive overall cross-functional collaboration inside the team and across the firm

    Drive business growth of a financial services team and the firm as a whole, using an entrepreneurial spirit to expand a growing number of clients into a full service practice.

    Manage our financial communications work and ensure the team is organized, aligned and motivated to achieve revenue, profitability and efficiency goals.

    Support a strong team culture, with a demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion
    Serve as a senior leader in the practice and the firm as a whole, increasing the agency's strategic communications and digital fluency and capabilities
    Measure ROI for projects or clients, streamlining approaches as needed to ensure we are investing in the appropriate tools and resources
    10+ years of relevant work experience in communications, including deep expertise in the financial services industry, including investor relations, private equity, fintech, and/or asset management
    ~ A track record of business origination, effective sales, client development and a deep network to leverage for future business development and partnerships
    ~ Extensive experience managing a team and aligning staff around company goals and priorities
    ~ Direct team management experience, and a commitment to staff development, professional growth and mobility and building a diverse and inclusive team
    ~ Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively to internal and external audiences
    ~ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously


    Salary:
    $200,000 - $250,000 (commensurate with experience & skills) plus end-of-year bonus based on firm, team and individual performance.
