Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities Organizes and prepares tooling for upcoming orders and follow QDC procedures Actions die change and set up of press to "first off" Mode Sets up dies on bolsters or sub-plates as per schedule requirements.

Qualifies "last off" sample and conditions tooling to "OK" status Performs preventative maintenance on dies and takes appropriate actions, as required.

Maintains timely records and information. Performs all other related duties as assigned.
General Complies with the designated IATF16949 responsibilities, environmental management system, health & safety and company rules and guidelines. Ensures company safety policies are adhered to and safe work habits are utilized by all department personnel and visitors.

Wears personal protective equipment (PPE) as always required Maintains a high standard of general housekeeping consistent with 5S standards Strives for continuous improvement Position Qualifications Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent 3 years of Operator experience running various types of dies or the equivalent.
