    POSITION SUMMARY:

    The Replenishment and Allocation Manager develops and implements allocation and replenishment strategies with cross-functional partners. This role oversees product fulfillment to ensure the company's financial goals are achieved while improving inventory productivity by leading and developing a team of Inventory Specialists.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Reviews purchase plans and strategies with Inventory Specialists to ensure in stock levels and sell through for tab inserts and catalog drops.
    • Works closely with merchants, distribution center, Supply Chain and Inventory Specialists to ensure timely product flow to retail locations.
    • Drivex consistency across department by leading, training and developing Inventory Specialists through leadership development, performance management, and fostering growth of team.
    • Provides input to team on fulfillment methods and guidance on product lifecycle and align to best practice.
    • Holds teams accountable for attaining Company in stock and fill rate goals while staying within the financial plans.
    • Leads development and drives implementation of fulfillment strategy across DC, store and vendors to maintain customer experience and inventory metrics. Responsible for development of fulfillment strategies to set quantities to ship from vendor to DC, vendor direct to store, cross dock and DC to store.
    • Develops and communicates fulfillment strategies that support financial and marketing strategies through partnership with merchants, planners, and Supply Chain (DC and retail).
    • Collaborates with merchants, and planners to develop and implement purchasing strategies to drive sales, gross margin, turn rate improvement and product sell-through while managing inventory and markdowns.
    • Participates in cross-functional initiatives to develop/enhance processes and systems to support fulfillment activities and improve fulfillment infrastructure, inventory productivity and flow of product.
    • Partners with Merchant and Vendor community to resolve vendor performance issues and provides vendor training on Bass Pro reporting and forecasting.
    • ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.

    EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 4-6 years of experience

    INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:

    • Develops objectives and general policies and procedures for a specific program or functional area of responsibility within general scope of established operational goals and plans. Day-to-day work and decisions do not require direction or review by immediate supervisor. End results are reviewed by supervisor.
