    Job Description

    We are seeking an Account Associate to join our team at Andy Kandola - State Farm Agent. As a vital member of our daily business operations, you will cultivate meaningful client relationships and serve as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

    Your primary objective will be to improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow your career while making a positive impact on our community.

    Responsibilities:

    • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and communication.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly and accurately to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
    • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations by understanding their needs and preferences.

    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in sales, preferably outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
    • Experience managing client relationships and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
    • A passion for marketing products and services based on customer requirements.
    • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
    • A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
    • The ability to anticipate customer needs and effectively relate to them.

    Benefits:

    • Paid time off, including holidays and personal/sick days.
    • A competitive salary plus commission/bonus structure.

    Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year.
