- Calculate, analyze and monitor the integrity and validity of monthly commission payments for the sales team
- Identify and deal with emerging challenges in the commission system
- Communicating and addressing sales team queries in relation to their compensation
- Analyze commission figures of the sales team in the company
- Support and execute the commission plans to each of the Company's Sales Team
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or Business Management
- 1-3 years of experience as an analyst
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, highly driven and self-motivated
- Ability to work hard under pressure in a globally dynamic environment
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills is a must
- Highly responsible, very detailed oriented, and organized (Attention to details, follow-up, and time management skills)
- Team player, can-do attitude, flexible, self-motivated
- Experience with Microsoft Excel - Advantage
