    Job Title: Recruitment Business Development Manager

    Compensation: $45,000 - $58,000 + Commission

    Introduction:

    We are seeking a dynamic and driven Recruitment Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for expanding our client base and strengthening our market position. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales or business development, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Client Acquisition: Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients to expand our recruitment services. Develop strategies to target and engage with companies that align with our industry specialties.
    • Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring their recruitment needs are met and exploring opportunities for additional engagements.
    • Collaboration with Recruitment Team: Work closely with recruitment coordinators and managers to understand client requirements and to ensure the recruitment process aligns with client expectations.
    • Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that effectively communicate our recruitment services to potential clients.
    • Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement robust sales strategies to achieve business development targets. Regularly review and adjust strategies based on market response and team feedback.
    • Reporting and Analytics: Monitor business development activities and create reports on progress towards financial goals. Use data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
    • Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the staffing or recruitment industry.
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strategic thinker with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
    • Proficient in ATS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
