Cybersecurity Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Cybersecurity Expert to join our team at tm3-solutions-inc.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and document cybersecurity processes and policies
Leverage industry and public service leadership in cybersecurity or Information Technology
Demonstrate expertise in three of the following areas:
- a) Cybersecurity process development
- b) Researching cybersecurity policy and/or guidance
- c) Creating cybersecurity policy and/or guidance
- d) Assessing cybersecurity policy and/or guidance
- e) Performing CCRI or similar cybersecurity inspections
- f) Cybersecurity training development
- g) Cybersecurity training tracking and/or coordination
- h) PKI

Requirements:

Be a US Citizen
Possess an Active Secret Clearance
Hold technical training in cybersecurity or Information Technology

Preferred Certifications:

CCNA Security
CySA+
GICSP
GSEC
Security+ CE
SSCP
CASP+ CE
CCNP Security
CISA
CISSP (or Associate)
GCED
GCIH

Description:

This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cybersecurity processes development and documentation, as well as industry and public service leadership in cybersecurity or Information Technology.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and documenting cybersecurity processes and policies, leveraging their expertise in three of the following areas: cybersecurity process development, researching cybersecurity policy and/or guidance, creating cybersecurity policy and/or guidance, assessing cybersecurity policy and/or guidance, performing CCRI or similar cybersecurity inspections, cybersecurity training development, cybersecurity training tracking and/or coordination, or PKI.

In addition to the key responsibilities, the ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices, with a proven track record of success in the field. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or a related field is required, along with relevant certifications such as CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, SSCP, CASP+ CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, or GCIH.
