    **Location:** Baltimore, Maryland, US **SUMMARY:** Bureau Veritas supports a variety of software platforms centered around building/facility: permitting, construction management, capital planning as well as maintenance and operations. The Software Implementation and Support Specialist will gather and analyze clients business, functional and technical requirements to develop and deliver implementation recommendations and a working solution of SaaS applications within project scope. The project scope will involve application configuration, coordinating user acceptance testing, integration with other applications, reviewing and assisting data migration specialists, and training end users on software products. The Software Implementation Specialist will integrate cross functional collaboration with other internal departments such as sales, product, and support to be successful in this role. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** *include the following. Other job-related duties may be assigned in conformance with state and federal regulations.* * Provide consultative relationships with clients to define application business requirements.

    Gather and analyze clients business, functional and technical requirements to develop and deliver implementation recommendations and a working solution of SaaS applications within project scope. Project scope will involve application configuration, coordinating user acceptance testing, integration with other applications, reviewing and assisting data migration specialists, and training end users on software products.

    Integrate cross functional collaboration with other internal departments such as sales, product, and support to be successful in this role.

    Create and deliver group interactive training classes both virtually and in person.

    Provide technical assistance to site users such as troubleshooting, training, and coaching as required.

    Work with users to identify, prioritize, and implement system improvements.

    Proactively communicate successes/failures to all internal and external stakeholders.

    Protects operations by keeping company information confidential.

    Delivers outstanding customer service through timely response and proactive solutions to clients needs.

    Demonstrates our companys guiding principles in support of the company's strategic goals.

    Follows all documented policies, Standard Operating Procedures, and Work Instructions applicable to the position and support of our companys quality standards.

    Maintains safe and clean work area by complying with all procedures, rules, and regulations.

    May be required to work overtime with prior authorization from supervisor.

    Ability to work from remote location.

    Ability to travel, on average, up to 50**%** of time to client sites across the U.S. via plane and driving during training periods as determined based on the project location. Qualified candidates should be trained and deployable within 2-4 months. Overnight stays away from home may be required.

    + Preferred B.S. or B.A. Degree in instructional design, business management, computer science or related field.

    + 2+ years of experience in customer service, professional services, or consulting experience.

    + Preference given to those candidates with proven e xperience with software integration or implementation.

    + Not required but highly desired candidates with experience and/or familiarity with buildings systems (Building Envelope, MEP, Finishes), construction management, and maintenance/operations practices.

    + Possess a strong working knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

    + Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills **Qualifications:**

    + Personal credit sufficient to charge business travel expenses of up to $3,000 required.

    + Must have a clean driving record

    + Must have a cell phone and supply your own internet service.

    + Must be able to work from a remote location

    + Must be willing to fly and live near (or be willing to relocate to) a major metropolitan area with reasonable access to a major airport.
