    OVERVIEW

    The Analyst of Commercial Analytics is instrumental in analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and business performance to support strategic decision-making and drive growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to key commercial initiatives and impact the future direction of Maxor's Pharmacy Services.

    LOCATION

    This is a remote-based position within the Continental US.

    IDEAL EXPERIENCE PROFILE

    • Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI).
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Experience in the healthcare or pharmacy services industry is a plus.
    • Proven expertise in analytics, market research, and statistical modeling techniques.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
    • Proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to market trends, sales performance, and customer engagement. Develop regular reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
    • Market Research: Support market research activities to identify new business opportunities, competitive threats, and industry trends. Summarize findings and recommend actions.
    • Performance Monitoring: Track and monitor the effectiveness of commercial strategies and initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the commercial team and other departments to support data-driven decision-making and strategy development.
    • Analytical Support: Offer analytical support for various projects, including customer segmentation, market analysis, and ROI evaluations of marketing and sales campaigns.
    • Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting processes. Embrace and promote a culture of innovation within the team.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Education:
