    Practice Overview:

    • Join an established practice with a premier, faith-based health system
    • State of the art hospital and clinic, newly built in 2014
    • Fully staffed at 7 OBGYNs
    • Over 1,000 deliveries annually
    • No NICU
    • Average 16 clinic patients per day
    • Pick your schedule - Can consider as little as 2 days per week - Great quality of life
    • OB Hospitalist group provides call coverage - Clinic call only

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • 370K base salary plus production (for ful-ltime)
    • RVU rate: current docs average 10K) - Demonstrated income over 480K
    • Comprehensive benefits
    • PTO: 23 Days
    • CE Allowance: 5K per year
    • 401K with match
    • Relocation assistance: 10K
    • Loan assistance or sign on bonus available
    • Can assist with H1b

    • Wisconsin - OB, GYN only, or combo
    • South Dakota - Aberdeen, 375K Salary, 200K signing
    • Illinois - Less than 2 hours from Chicago, 400K plus
    • North Carolina - $80,000 sign on bonus, near coast, join 2 others, big productivity
    • North Carolina - solo practice with 1:3 call support, all referrals, between Jacksonville and Fayetteville, NC
    • Pennsylvania - Poconos Mountains, 1:3 secondary hospital call, 4-day work week, quality of life
