Job Title: Ethylene Pipeline Maintenance Supervisor

OxyChem is a growing, action-oriented, safety-driven chemical manufacturing company seeking an experienced and self-motivated individual to fill the position of Ethylene Pipeline Maintenance Supervisor at our Ingleside Plant in Clemville, Texas.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain protection of the environment and the health and safety of our employees, customers, and communities.
• Develop and manage maintenance systems to support compliance with DOT/TRRC requirements for an ethylene pipeline and in-ground storage facilities.
• Evaluate, design, and recommend changes in maintenance activities to increase equipment reliability, reduce repair costs, and minimize product interruptions.
• Provide coordination between Production, Project, Process, and Corporate Engineering Departments regarding capital project implementation.
• Lead and coach maintenance technicians to ensure proper training and adherence to job plans.
• Provide ongoing engineering assistance to operations and maintenance, troubleshoot process operating problems, and conduct special tests.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Five plus years of practical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to read and understand all types of drawings and equipment manuals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work as part of a team, and respond to callouts on a non-routine basis.
• Physical requirements: must be able to lift 40 lbs, climb ladders and stairs, and wear personal protective equipment.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
