VDOT Oracle HCM Lead Consultant
VDOT is seeking a talented and experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Lead to spearhead the deployment, customization, and management of Oracle Cloud HCM suite.

*Please only submit candidates who already live in the Richmond, VA area *Candidate must be willing to interview onsite, NO exceptions *Candidate must also be able to work onsite 2-3 days/week. *Contractor will be responsible for purchasing parking through VDOT s Parking Management Office or procuring their own parking *assignment will be extended beyond 6/30/24, probably 12+ months or more*assignment will be extended beyond 6/30/24, possibly by 12+ months

Require/Desire Skills

8 Years of Experience as Oracle Core HR, Talent Management Lead Required

8 Years of Experience in Fusion HCM modules Suite such as Workforce Compensation, Health and Safety, HR Helpdesk Required

8 Years of Experience in all phases of End-to-End Implementations, support, and Upgrades Required

8 Years of Experience in leading the designing, building, and implementing enhancements to HR Processes and structure Required

8 Years of Experience in Connecting Oracle HCM to 3rd Party solutions via native integrations, Extracts and Middleware Required

8 Years of Experience in setting up HCM Role Security and uploading Registration Certificates Required

5 Years of Experience in Redwood Design of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and transition from classic UI to Redwood UI Required

5 Years of Experience in Oracle Visual Builder, OIC, Process Automation Required

5 Years of Experience in OCI Desired
