    Pharmacist Intern at Providence St Vincent Medical Center in Portland, OR.

    Under the direct supervision of a staff pharmacist, has the responsibility to integrate the provision of pharmaceutical care with other elements of the patient care process to provide a collaborative, cooperative effort with other members of the health care team to ensure optimal drug therapy outcomes and to improve the patients quality of life.

    In this effort, learns the contemporary practice of hospital pharmacy.

    Required Qualifications:
    Enrolled in or having graduated from an accredited college of pharmacy.
    Oregon Pharmacist License upon hire or,
    Oregon Pharmacist Intern License upon hire.

    The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.

    These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
