- Configure and install various network devices and services such as routers, switches, firewall, and VPN.
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including firmware updates, patches, and security configurations.
- Monitor performance and ensure network availability and reliability.
- Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning.
- Provide level 2 & 3 support to troubleshoot and resolve networking issues.
- Work within established configuration and change management policies.
- Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with our security team.
- Liaise with vendors, security team, and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
- Actively involved in infrastructure projects.
- Contribute actively to our continuous improvement and Lifecycle process.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- CCNA or CCNP Level is a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of Routing Protocols, (SD)WAN, Switching and Wireless.
- 3 Years of experience in networking and firewall management.
- Palo Alto firewall and Panorama experience a plus.
- Strong technical knowledge of network security.
