Life Skills Autism Academy - Director of Clinical Services
Join our team at the Life Skills Autism Academy, a therapy program focused on children aged 2-6 who require Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention. We are dedicated to assisting children with autism in crafting their unique success stories.
Position Summary:
As the Director of Clinical Services at Centria Autism, you will lead a team of Supervising Clinicians, ensuring quality care is provided to all clients through performance metrics, data-based decision-making, in-session coaching, and problem-solving for challenging cases. You will also oversee performance improvement initiatives, conduct training, and collaborate with key stakeholders.
Success Measures:
To excel in this role, you will uphold Centria policies, deliver exceptional customer service, maintain clinical standards, and achieve key performance indicators, ensuring the success of our clinical services.

$85k - $105k per year with $52K Bonus Potential
