Duration: 6+ Months Contract with extension

Location: San Diego, CA

Salary: $34.00 to $40.00/Hourly

Role: Sales Contracts Specialist II

Primary Skills:

Role Description: The Sales Contracts Specialist II must have at least 5+ years of experience.

Responsibilities:

Review, draft and negotiate standard and non-standard sales contracts for Public Health and DOD.

Create Quotes and prepare a high volume of administrative documents.

Prepare and or participate in the preparation of sales proposals, agreements and related documents including Requests for Proposals RFPs and cross-divisional customer contracts.

Draft contract provisions and Redline various Government and Public Health Agreements and documents

Coordinate review and input from appropriate business functions and cross-functional teams as needed to complete contracting documents.

Education: Highschool Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses

Travel: No

Local Preferred: Yes

Note: Must be able to work on a W2 basis (No C2C)
