    Job Title: Talent Specialist

    Charter One is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Talent Specialist.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Assistant Director of Talent Acquisition in all aspects of compensation for all our schools across the country.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct research to ensure the company stays up-to-date on market compensation data and prepare findings to share with HR Director and Senior Leadership when opening a new school.
    • Assist HR management with creating budgets for new schools.
    • Create staffing models and present to Executive Leadership when opening new schools.
    • Develop and manage salary scales for all schools across the country.
    • Conduct yearly compensation analysis for all schools across the country and present to Senior Leadership with recommendations.
    • Develop and maintain reports on compensation data to support business decisions.
    • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on compensation and related matters.
    • Oversee and coordinate recruitment for hard-to-fill roles with multiple staffing agencies, managing contracts and renewals.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Talent Acquisition.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 1 year of recruiting/compensation experience.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in G Suite and Microsoft Office.
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
