    Job Title: Security and Access Control Specialist

    We are seeking a skilled Security and Access Control Specialist to ensure the safety and security of our clients' properties through effective system management and customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Install, configure, and maintain alarm systems, card access and door control systems, security cameras, and other security equipment.
    • Conduct thorough inspections of security systems to ensure proper functionality.
    • Troubleshoot issues related to electrical systems and cabling for security installations.
    • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively during installation and maintenance tasks.
    • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding their security systems.
    • Collaborate with team members to build effective security solutions tailored to client needs.
    • Maintain accurate records of service calls, installations, and repairs performed.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in alarm system sales or installation is preferred.
    • Familiarity with card access and door control systems.
    • Technical knowledge of electrical systems and cabling practices.
    • Experience as a service technician in the low voltage industry is a plus.
    • Relevant certifications in security system installation or maintenance are advantageous.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to detect issues quickly and efficiently.
    • Ability to read blueprints/layouts.
    • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
