    As a Home Health Clinical Supervisor (RN), here's a broad overview of your responsibilities:

    • Conduct ongoing interdisciplinary patient assessments
    • Ensure that our home care clinicians adhere to high standards of safe, effective, and efficient clinical practice through supervision and support in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
    • Supervise professional and paraprofessional team members
    • Utilize clinical judgment to manage an assigned patient group effectively and efficiently
    • Facilitate patient and family education to support progress toward established goals

    Essential requirements for Home Health Registered Nurses:

    • Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license in Colorado
    • At least three (3) years of nursing experience in home healthcare preferred
    • Preferably two (2) years of management experience
    • CPR Certification (including a demonstration course)
    • Familiarity with state and federal home health regulations
    • Strong clinical skills, effective communication, and compassion
