    • Must have an active RN or LPN license in Minnesota.
    • No experience necessary Will train the right candidatePosition Summary:
    • Provide 1:1 care for a young man in his home.
    • Full-time, part-time & PRN hours are available. Pay:
    • Registered Nurse (RN): $ $40.25 per hour (DOE)
    • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $ per hour (DOE)Core Responsibilities:
    • Provides home care nursing in accordance with the physician's plan of care.
    • Reports significant changes in the client's condition to the family, RN Clinical Manager, & physician.
    • Obtains physician orders for changing client care needs.
    • Maintains accurate & current plan of care, physician's orders, and medication profile for the client.
    • Charts cares thoroughly & accurately during shift.
    • Provides advice & support to clients & their families. About Hiawatha HomeCare:
