*Fabricator Opportunities in Livonia and Redford, Michigan**All levels of Fabrication *_*experience *_*welcomeThe position is full-time and long-term with starting pay rates between *$25 to $35 *hourly based on experience and education.
All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. We also offer paid overtime at 1 1/2 after 40/hrs.per week and excellent benefits including:

*Qualified Fabricators will have most, if not all, of the following skills and experience: * *Fabrication experience with custom / prototype builds, assemblies, with ability to fabricate precision engineered structures and machinery from scratch.
* *Read and interpret blueprints, 3D CAD drawings, troubleshoot build issues and work closely with engineering.
* *Able to assess and determine appropriate equipment and methods to fabricate with.
* *Must MIG Weld and be able to position, align, and secure parts and assemblies prior to assembly/tacking and/or welding.
* *Ability to operate shop tools/machinery: shears, presses, saws, drill press, grinders, cutting torch, manual mills/lathes, rigging equipment and cranes.
* *Use of precision measuring tools (calipers/mics/height gauges), squares, scales, and fixtures.
* *Must be authorized to work in the US, and complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, references, etc.
