    Requirements:

    Job Responsibilities

    Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, concierge, bell desk, and beach services.

    Ensure guests receive prompt, professional, friendly, and courteous service.

    Manage and schedule the front office staff and coordinate staff training.

    Handle guest complaints and issues, ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining a high level of service.

    Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of the front office team with an emphasis on training and teamwork.

    Assist in the recruitment, interviewing, and training of new front office personnel.

    Ensure that all front office areas are kept clean and organized.

    Monitor and maintain the front office systems and equipment to ensure their optimum performance.

    Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure proper communication and teamwork.

    Prepare reports, handle special projects, and assist with budgeting and forecasting.

    Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

    Manage room inventory and participate in revenue management meetings.

    Oversee the proper handling of cash and the accurate billing and posting of charges.

    Assist with the implementation of customer loyalty programs and ensure staff is promoting them.

    Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of hotel events, services, and policies.

    Ensure effective communication within the front office and with other departments in the hotel.

    Job Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.

    Minimum of 3 years of front office experience in the hospitality industry.

    Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a hotel front office.

    Strong working knowledge of hotel management software (e.g., Opera, RoomKeyPMS).

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

    Demonstrated leadership skills with a commitment to developing team members.

    Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

    Solid understanding of customer service and quality standards in the hospitality industry.

    Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, staffing, and scheduling.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

    Flexibility to work in shifts, on weekends, and public holidays as required.

    Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented approach.

    Capacity to handle stressful situations calmly and with diplomacy.

    Understanding of health and safety regulations within a hotel environment.

    Exceptional organizational skills with an eye for detail.

    Eligibility to work legally in the country of employment.
