    Role Description:
    Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies.

    Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand.

    Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.

    Interact with product owners to identify user stories with functional and system requirements.

    Proactively communicate and collaborate with customers and other cross-functional teams to analyze functional requirements and communicate requirements to development teams.

    Communicate issues to appropriate parties and coordinate with external teams to mitigate potential issues/plan for impending deadlines. Oversee Scrum ceremonies, maintain team Confluence page and support team deliverables (Scrum of Scrum, Program Increment Planning, etc.).


    Required Skills:
    3+ years of experience on a software engineering team, collaborating with application developers, DevOps automation engineers and systems programmers

    2+ year of Agile experience

    1+ year of JIRA experience

    Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent.


    Preferred Skills:
    Scrum Master certification

    1+ year of experience working with Confluence
