New salary $322,000 $50,000 sign-on bonus + 10 weeks off. High autonomy.
Our CRNAs enjoy 10 weeks of scheduled time off
The position is available with either 1099 or W2 compensation packages

Case Mix:
Bread and butter, ortho, spine, GYN, GI, Urology, OB
We work in a 1:11-week home call rotation.
Top-of-licensure practice in an independent model with MD backup (1MD:11 CRNAs)
