- Manage diverse projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery
- Cultivate and expand client relationships
- Attend meetings with municipal officials, engineers, developers, and contractors
- Develop project strategy, scope of work, risk evaluation, and budget
- Supervise internal teams and subcontractors
- Interact with regulatory agencies and prepare construction plans
- Perform technical engineering work related to land/site development
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (ABET-accredited)
- 7-10 years of civil-site engineering experience
- Ohio P.E. preferred
- Strong client relationship skills
- Knowledge of environmental regulations
- Project management experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D
