Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. As a Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, implementing behavior interventions, and monitoring progress. You will collaborate with families and other professionals to provide comprehensive support and create positive changes in behavior.

Qualifications

• Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
• Experience in parent education and behavior management
• Knowledge of psychology and behavior principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Active Board Certification in Behavior Analysis
• Experience working with children with ASD and developmental disabilities
• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or related field
