Paving Superintendent - Wilmington

Responsibilities: Oversee all stages of paving projects including planning execution and completion Coordinate supervise activities of paving crews and subcontractors Ensure all paving work is performed in compliance with project specifications safety regulations and quality standards Develop implement project schedules manage changes as required Conduct regular site inspections monitor progress ensure quality of work Identify resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during the project Communicate effectively with project managers clients team members on project status updates Maintain accurate records of project activities costs timelines resources used Provide training guidance to team members promote positive safe work environment Qualifications A minimum 5 years experience in the paving related construction industry proven track record successfully managing paving projects Extensive knowledge paving materials techniques equipment Strong leadership team management skills motivate direct diverse team Excellent problem-solving skills identify overcome challenges timely effective manner Strong communication interpersonal skills build positive relationships with team members clients stakeholders Proficiency in project management software tools Strong commitment safety customer satisfaction Valid driver license ability travel needed to project sites.
