**The Role:**
We are looking for an individual to join our Customer Care Department As part of this fast-paced Department, you will handle incoming phone calls, including setting reservations and general assistance, for our Service Department customers. This position plays a critical role within the company, ensuring all Service Department customers of H&H are completely satisfied with our Service Departments.
Complete incoming and outgoing phone calls to confirm customer reservations and provide service reminders.
Update customer information in programs.
Assist customers with providing past service history reports.
