    DESCRIPTION:

    2. Data Governance, Data Quality Management.

    3. Strong understanding of data quality principles, including data profiling, data cleansing, and data validation.
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Data Science, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
    • 3+ years' experience implementing DIH and/or DQ in Collibra.
    • Experience in data quality management, data governance, or related field.
    • Strong understanding of data quality principles, including data profiling, data cleansing, and data validation.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions.
    • Strong project management skill.
    • Experience 10 to 13Yrs.

    Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Define workflow and standards for Collibra metadata management.
    • Maintain and implement metadata standards and policies that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
    • Implement data quality standards, policies, training, and procedures that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and completeness of metadata, including data dictionaries, data models, and other metadata artifacts.
    • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to establish data quality metrics and ensure data quality is maintained throughout the data lifecycle.
    • Define and manage data quality improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and remediation planning.
    • Provide guidance and support to business stakeholders on data quality best practices and procedures.
    • Create reporting for metadata and/or data quality metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and risks.
    • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure that requirements are incorporated into the development process.
