    Description

    We are seeking an experienced executive assistant to support 2 to 3 private equity partners. Ideally, candidates will have at least five years of experience supporting senior-level executives in the finance industry, excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, and a collaborative, team-focused attitude.

    Responsibilities:

    ● Proactively manage, assess and predict the day-to-day needs of your executives to ensure they are prepared and organized for all internal and external meetings and events

    ● Seamlessly manage email coordination, heavy multi-time zone calendaring, international & domestic travel, and expense reporting

    ● Coordinate across the executive assistant team to ensure critical company-wide meetings and processes are effectively implemented

    ● Project manage deal and strategy team initiatives through self-motivation, clear communication, and complete follow-through

    ● Assist with the organization of events, including local and far flung events

    ● Act as a team point person: handle team requests, problem-solve, and assist with keeping the team on-track and organized

    ● Act as a culture contributor: oversee department culture initiatives; track, highlight, and celebrate important team cultural/career moments

    Requirements:

    ● Experience supporting senior executives or investment partners

    ● Experience supporting executives in the financial industry, for example, private equity, venture capital, investment banking, hedge funds, or investment management.

    ● Ability to professionally interact with senior leaders and external stakeholders and anticipate their needs

    ● Incredibly polished written and verbal communication skills

    ● Ability to work independently and as a member of cross-functional teams

    ● Exceptional organizational and time leadership skills, with strong attention to detail

    ● Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and emotional intelligence

    ● Experience managing international executive travel

    ●Executive calendar management

    ● Ability to exercise strong business judgment, meet deadlines, and balance multiple requests

    ● Strong interpersonal skills and ability to quickly build rapport with internal and external partners

    ● Excellent problem solving skills, with an ability to recognize opportunities and develop ways of addressing them

    ● Knowledge of either Microsoft Office Suite or Google G-Suite Apps, Airtable, Notion, and an affinity for new technologies

    ● Ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies and processes

    ● A team player who collaborates well with EAs and other colleagues at all levels
