    GENERAL SUMMARY
    The Project Accountant works under the supervision of the Project Accountant Manager and supports the group in accounting for assigning projects.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
    This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. General duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
    • Review and process consultant invoices.
    • Resolve outstanding issues with vendors/consultants.
    • Process selection of payments for consultants and vendors.
    • Review/process billing invoices.
    • Resolves outstanding issues on client invoices.
    • Distribute and process new project information.
    • Run reports for the field.
    • Complete project setup.
    • Review and correct project budgets and set up for accurate revenue generation.
    • Provides help on special tasks requested of the department and requests from the field.
    • Process contracts for consultants and clients.
    • Prepares deposits in the absence of the AR Manager.
    • Provide support for all accounting managers as needed.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
    • Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
    • Good team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
    • Quickly grasp, translate, and communicate complex technical concepts.
    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
    • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
    • Architecture/engineering industry experience is preferred.
