Manager of Business Analytics - Digital Banking Solutions

Chief Digital Officer

Position Overview:
Position is primarily responsible for supporting key data, analytics, and planning aspects of the Digital Channels team.

The incumbent is responsible for the creation and maintenance of group activity reporting, coordinating yearly capital and expense financial planning, leading group project status reporting among other tasks.

Manages a team of analysts who assist in these efforts.

Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for the maintenance and publication of all monthly, quarterly, and yearly Digital Channels reporting. Works to facilitate the automation of digital channels statistics and related information.
Handles the creation and consolidation of all Quarterly Business Review data and presentations working with Chief Digital Officer.
Coordinates annual expense and capital planning for Digital Channels in partnership with the Digital Channels team. Plays a key role in team's strategic planning activities and tracking progress on those activities from prior plan cycles.
Responsible for the coordination of internal Digital Channels project reviews and ensures group adherence to roadmap planning.
Provides direction, goals, and monitors progress for Analysts under management.

Helps develop a strong team supporting the overall Digital Channels and Payments team by providing guidance and mentorship of staff.

Assists the Chief Digital Officer in annual staff HR planning and associated activities.
Complies with current and new regulations by staying abreast on all relevant regulations related to digital channels.
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
