    This role will focus on:


    As a Manufacturing Engineer specialising inCleanroom Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the higheststandards of quality, efficiency, and process integrity within our Tubingmanufacturing plant.

    This role demands a meticulous approach to cleanroomprotocols, a commitment to quality control, and a proactive ownership of bothplant and processes.

    You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teamsto optimise manufacturing workflows, implement quality assurance measures, anddrive continuous improvement initiatives
    Ensure adherence to strict cleanliness and contamination control measures.
    Implement and enforce cleanroom best practices across manufacturing processes.
    Develop and maintain robust quality control procedures for manufacturing operations.
    Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
    Collaborate with quality teams to identify and address any deviations or non-conformities.
    Own and optimise manufacturing processes for efficiency and reliability.
    Identify areas for improvement and lead initiatives to enhance productivity.
    Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline workflows.
    Act as a liaison between different departments to address and resolve manufacturing issues promptly.
    Provide technical expertise to support the development of new products and processes.

    To be successful in this role, youwill need:

    Engineering qualification such as Bachelor's degree in ProcessEngineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, time served Apprenticewith HNC in Process Engineering Manufacturing Engineering, IndustrialEngineering, or a related field and/or qualified by experience.

    Experience of Plastic/Rubber extrusion processing within a Clean Room is desirable
    Proven experience inmanufacturing operations, with a focus on cleanroom environments. (ISOStandards / MHRA Orange Guides / cGMP)
    Strong understanding ofquality control principles and methodologies.
    Familiarity with lean manufacturingconcepts.
