The Store Maintenance Associate is responsible all aspects of facility maintenance.
Job DescriptionMaintain painting and wall repairsOrder and install specialized light bulbs in Beauty and throughout the store (various chandeliers and signs)

Assist the store with other bulb ordering and installationMaintain exterior landscaping and trash removal from building perimeterPressure wash all entrances quarterly and maintain cleanliness (including lower-level parking deck entrance area)Replace carpet and/or ceiling tiles as neededSupport store with general maintenance needs, such as register moves and minor hardware restroom repairsCoordinate gathering and moving of materials/equipment necessary for assigned projectsComplete additional tasks as assignedAssist in correcting situations which could be harmful to customers and/or associatesFollow all safety and risk management guidelines and policiesOccasionally support other store locations as neededPhysical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs at floor level and above shoulder heightAbility to push or pull up to 500 lbs carts to sales floorAbility to climb ladders and work at heightsAbility to operate a computerAbility to work unsupervisedAbility to stand for long periods of time
