- Files loan and credit file documents (hard copy)
- Creates new files as needed
- Quality checks documents in Synergy (digital filing system)
- Back-up for stuffing and metering mail/notices
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Basic knowledge of loan documentation
- Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work - Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work
- Integrity - job requires being honest and ethical
- Attention to Detail - job requires being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks

- High school diploma or GED required
- Preference for proven work experience in a similar role or in a financial institution.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
- Must be able to use file room ladder
- Prolonged periods of standing and/or sitting at a computer
