- Prepare gift and estate tax returns.
- Manage a variety of probate cases, including probate estates, trust petitions, and occasional guardianship and conservatorship matters.
- Handle complex asset and estate tax returns, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Coordinate with attorneys to create tax-efficient wealth management solutions.
- Manage case files, ensuring all necessary documents are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
- Liaise with clients, providing updates and information on their cases as needed.
- Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certification preferred.
- Minimum of three years of experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration.
- Comprehensive knowledge of tax laws and regulations relevant to estate planning and wealth management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the appropriate level of discretion.
