Trailblazer Staffing Solutions is seeking a travel CVOR Technologist for a travel job in Seattle, Washington.

IF previous perm employees of ANY Providence affiliated facility must be separated from the health system for a min of 3 months to qualify for a travel position.

All Swedish facilities honor active compact license.
CAD, Aneurysm, Tamponade, Aortic Stenosis, Mitral Regurgitation, Heart Failure, LVAD, ECMO, CABG, Aorta/Mitral/Tricuspid replacement/repair, TAVR, TEVAR, Aneurysm
Robotics (PREFERRED)
Atrial Septal defect repair , Coronary Artery Bypass Graft, Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), Ventricular Assist Device (VAD)
All units that have on- call requirements require a 30-minute response time. It is outlined as a standard requirement in the unit description.

All Swedish facilities with units that necessitate on-call coverage have a response time of 30 min from when the traveler is called in.

#Tier3 Travel Compliance
All candidates who were a previous perm employee of ANY Providence affiliated facility must be separated from the health system for a min of 3 months to qualify for a travel position


Floating:
All travelers are expected to float to another unit within their scop of practice if needed.

The facility has a designated float team that floats first however, in the event there is a need at another campus travelers will float first before perm staff.

All facilities are within a 40-mile radius or less.

In the event that the traveler needs to float, it their responsibility to find transportation to the facility they're floated to.

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
