Summary:
- Assist professional caregivers in patient care delivery.
- Transport patients and equipment.
- Maintain patient rooms and perform various clerical, transcription, and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians and healthcare providers with examinations and procedures.
- Review patient care documentation for changes.
- Perform clerical duties such as organizing workload, transcribing physician orders, and maintaining records.
- Provide clinical support including cleaning work areas and assisting with patient care activities.
- Help with patient education and ensure patient understanding of instructions.

Other Information

Education Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED

Licensure/Certification Requirements:
- Nurse Aide I Registry listing with North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification

Professional Experience Requirements:
- 1 year of clerical or customer service experience and 6 months of nursing assistant experience.

Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:
- Proficiency in verbal and written English language.
- Ability to develop computer skills.
