    Average Patients seen: 10-16

    Call Schedule:

    Phone Only Call:
    Evenings and Weekends. Call is triaged by an answering service and NP/PAs in certain locations
    Sign-On Bonus

    Compensation:

    • Salary starting at $250,000 based on experience BC/BE
    • Quarterly bonuses
    • Sign on bonus available based on years of experience

    -21 days PTO time off each year.

    • 7 days CME time off each year.
    - $3,000.00 CME reimbursement each year .

    • Paid Holidays in accordance with Access' holiday schedule.
    -1 time your annual salary of Life Insurance at no cost to you payable to a beneficiary you select

    DETAILS:

    • Every new employee will undergo a 3 week minimum training program to properly acclimate them to the Access Health Care practice model.
    Additional training provided as needed

    • All sites are supported by an office and MA team, along with an Operations Management team to assist with administrative duties and metric evaluation
    • EMR: eClinicalWorks and Caretracker
    • The idea candidate must be coachable and open to training in order to be successful within our organization.
