Job summary
Roux's Somerset office seeks an Environmental Due Diligence Specialist to join their environmental practice serving Fortune 500 clients. The successful candidate will work with the team in completing due diligence/site assessment services and assist in compliance practice under senior leadership.Responsibilities
- Preparing ASTM-compliance Phase I ESAs including site inspection, data review and evaluation, and reporting / documentation.
- Preparing NJ Preliminary Assessments (Pas) in accordance with NJDEP requirements.
- Evaluating environmental test results/inspections and making recommendations as necessary for maintaining compliance with regulatory agency requirements/permits.
