Eliot is seeking a dependable Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations, maintain a clean and organized facility, manage packing and deliveries to participating programs, and assist with supervising warehouse staff.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of related experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others.

Responsibilities:
Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the food storage and all other warehouse areas.
Assure all food deliveries are properly and timely stored according to food safety guidelines.
Properly rotate all food and sort food items minimizing waste.
Timely manage all food orders including packing, loading and unloading.
Assist with and execute food deliveries to all of Eliot's participating programs.
Inspect and monitor all warehouse appliances for proper functionality and food safety guidelines.
Oversee warehouse personnel and assign daily duties.
Assist and execute all warehouse deliveries and pickups related to Eliot distribution services.
Maintain effective, cooperative working relationships with all levels of employees.

Qualifications:
Requires a High School Diploma plus two years of relevant experience.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
Ability to work independently and effectively with minimal supervision.
Must have the ability to work in collaboration with all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated sound judgment and effective, solution focused, problem solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and cultural groups.
Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment with periods of high stress.
Valid Drivers license

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

Hourly Rate:
$26 USD - $26 USD
