    What You Will Be Doing:


    The Company is seeking two skilled and experienced Maintenance Project Engineers to join our team at the Clinton, IA factory.

    This position is 100% onsite with no exceptions for remote work.

    Local candidates are given the highest priority, and candidates must indicate their current location at the top of their resume.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop, implement, and coordinate capital budgets to improve and maintain equipment and facilities.

    Lead and manage assigned capital projects, including new equipment installations, plant layout and design, and manufacturing automation projects.

    Monitor outside contractors to ensure compliance with company sanitation, safety, quality, productivity, and budgeting standards.

    Ensure compliance with environmental laws and address ecological issues.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully manage and execute key projects.

    Support Safety, Health, Quality, and Environmental objectives to maintain a safe working environment.

    Responsible for cost, schedule, and performance of assigned projects.

    Work overtime and weekends as required.


    Required Skills & Experience:
    B.S. degree in Engineering or related technical field from an accredited institution.

    3+ years of capital project management experience.

    1+ years of budget management experience.

    Thorough understanding of engineering economics and capital budgeting.

    Must be authorized to work in the United States.

    Ability to work safely at all times and follow all safety policies and procedures.

    Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

    Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.

    Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

    Computer proficiency and ability to stay updated with technological trends and procedures.

    Steel-toe shoes are required, provided by the worker at their own expense.

    Relocation is at the candidate's own expense; no per diem, home trips, or allowances are offered.


    Pay:
    $ $95 /hr.
